Tournaments, fund-raisers, specialist training and gradings for the years prior to the formation of Kuk Sool Won [Glasgow].
Photograph: Mike Rutherford (above), who even after 24 hours of arduous mountain biking in the January (2008) mud and rain, was still thinking Kuk Sool and of getting that horse stance even lower. Mike also scooped three medals (two gold and a bronze) at the last UK Kuk Sool Won Tournament. Mike, you’re a star.
